Curlew Hunting Banned
The Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht has recently signed an order which removes Curlew from the list of wild game bird species which may be hunting during the Open Season. The Wildlife (Wild Birds) (Open Seasons) (Amendment) Order 2012 reflects this change.
